New Subdivisions In Baton Rouge
With the recent shift in the real estate market, new construction home sales are on the rise and that gives life to new subdivisions and additional filings to established communities. Builders usually have great incentives for buyers, including upgrades, appliances, and closing costs, not to mention the new home warranty. One thing to be aware of when shopping for new construction is that the price is not going to be very negotiable, if at all.
